We are a group of Certified Computer Technicians and are currently using this space in order to help end users better understand computing.  We will also be posting some of the technical problems we have encountered and how to fix them at both the user and technical level.  We will be supporting our visitors with valuable knowledge free of charge in order to help grow this site.  So please feel free to email us with questions, problems, and suggestions you have and we will be glad to help you find the answer, fix the problem, or at least give you our best advice.

This web site is devoted to technical problems and solutions we have encountered as a computer technicians, and as an end users.  We have included a section on common problems we see with popular hardware and software and how to fix it if we have found the solution.  We will also review some of the hardware we come across, see, or use regularly here.  Some of the items here will be specific notes on a particular model or problem we have encountered.  Other notes will be more general and apply in multiple instances.   All of the reviews will give you an insider’s perspective on what to look for, what to avoid, and why.

We hope some of the information on this site will be of use to you, or at least fill in some of the blanks other sites have missed.
