This is the Saints hi-res FF7 patch. Improves the visual quality a bit. Really recommend you either have a nearly vintage video card (3DFX, RivaTNT2) or a Geforce 2 Card. Seems to get along well with those. Really a nice thing if you want to revisit FF7 but would like to get better 3d. Also Note be sure to update you version of FF7 to 1.02 before using this patch.
